Rod Gillis is a certified and practicing personal trainer through NASM (2013). In addition to the personal training certification, he also possesses a Fitness Nutrition Specialist designation through NASM (2018) and completed Plant Based Nutrition Certificate coursework through eCornell (2020). He enjoys learning about how diet and exercise impact various aspects of one’s health.
In addition to being a fitness enthusiast, Rod is a fan of various types of outdoor activities ranging from rock climbing to trail running to kayaking to camping to outdoor workouts. He is a firm believer that people need to get outdoors more and appreciate nature as much as possible.
He is passionate about helping people live a healthier, happier lifestyle through exercising and connecting with the outdoors.

Francine Labiran (Fit Life with Fran) is a 200-hr experienced registered yoga teacher, holistic health coach, 95-hour certified kids yoga teacher and wellness advocate in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated with a BBA in Accounting at Georgia State University, but her love for yoga and dance ultimately led her to pursue teaching yoga. Â
She is inspired to create a community and foster yoga classes where everyone is welcomed and an environment where everyone feels comfortable being their authentic whole selves each and every day. She encourages her students to take their realizations from their yoga practice into their daily lives through intentional living. Â

Alissa Palladino MS, RDN, LD, CPT is a health educator and registered dietitian nutritionist with a master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been working in the field of health promotion and wellness for over seven years as a dietitian and a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her experience includes providing individual counseling and group education in a variety of corporate, community, clinical, and fitness settings for a broad range of health conditions and goals, with a focus on weight management, chronic disease prevention and management, and sports performance nutrition.
A veggie lover and avid runner, outside of work, Alissa can often be found running on the Atlanta Beltline, practicing yoga and experimenting in the kitchen.Â
